There are five factors you may consider to build a high performance team.
1. Define and Share Team Goals
- Agree to met team objectives.
- Set the goals with your team member where Goals should be defined based
on S.M.A.R.T.
- Discuss with the team members with agreement.
2. Set the standards of Performance
- Encourage Sharing
- Define process and agree the procedure
- Determin methods of evaluating individual performance
- Review performance periodically
3. Reward your team

4. Set Roles and Responsibilities
- Design an interdisciplinary team and clearly identify the roles and responsibilities
of each team member
